Routes and walks

The sources consulted do not record a footpath specific to Sarreaus. The municipality appears on the Milvus bird route (30 km by car, half a day, from late April to mid-June and in September), which passes through Xinzo, the Antela canal, Casasoá, the Pedra Alta, Cortegada and the monastery of Trandeiras [3], and on the Burhinus route (10 km on foot or by bicycle, 3 to 4 hours on foot), which starts at Vilar de Gomareite and reaches the Pedra Alta [3].

Turismo de Galicia catalogues in Sarreaus the chapel of Nosa Señora da Portela, the cruceiro of Nocelo da Pena and the churches of Codosedo, Cortegada, Nocelo da Pena, Perrelos and San Bartolomeu de Bresmaus [4].
